Conflicts in Darfur over the past three months (March, April and May) have led to huge recent displacements in South and East Darfur. Fighting between the Sudanese armed forces with their allied militias and the Sudan Liberation Army Minni Minawi (SLA/MM) in mid March in Onganja, south of Nyala, and then in Labado and Muhajria to the east, and later in Donkey Darisa, has left tens of thousands of civilians without home and shelter.
